We are looking for an experienced Architect to support the design and delivery of construction projects across Ireland.
This role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from concept and design development through to construction and handover, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and innovative projects.
What You'll Do
Lead and support the design development process across projects
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver design solutions
Ensure designs meet planning, building regulations, and statutory requirements
Review and manage drawings, specifications, and design documentation
Contribute to design meetings, workshops, and technical discussions
Monitor design progress to align with project programmes and timelines
Identify and resolve design issues and coordination clashes
Support value engineering initiatives to improve project outcomes
Review subcontractor and supplier design proposals
Carry out site inspectionsto ensure design intent and quality standards are met
Assist with project handover documentation, including BCAR and certification requirements
What We're Looking For
Degree in Architectureor related discipline
Experience working in an Architect or Design role within construction
Strong understanding of building regulations and design standards in Ireland
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
Strong attention to detail and design quality
Good communication and organisational skills
Experience with sustainable design standards (LEED / BREEAM) is an advantage
