We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreperson to support the delivery of high-quality construction projects based in Cork.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the finishing phase of projects, ensuring all elements are delivered to the highest standards, snag-free, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality finishes across all elements of the project
Implement and manage the project Quality Plan and ITPs
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met
Monitor mock-ups, sample panels, and first-of-kind installations
Prepare and manage snag lists, ensuring timely close-out
Carry out inspections and quality checks in line with programme requirements
Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and standards
Support BCAR inspections and handover processes
Maintain strong communication with site teams, subcontractors, and management
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson or similar role
Strong focus on quality control and high-end finishes
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
Good understanding of ITPs, snagging, and handover processes
Knowledge of health & safety regulations in Ireland
Strong organisation and communication skills
