We are looking for a Quality Manager to manage the delivery of a construction project based in Westport.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across all phases of construction.
What You'll Do
Promote a “Right First Time” quality cultureacross the project
Manage non-conformances (NCs) including root cause analysis and close-out
Inspect and sign off on reworks and corrective actions
Ensure works are completed in line with mock-ups and first-of-kind standards
Develop and maintain Quality Management Plans and ITPs
Carry out daily inspections and reporting using Procore
Monitor compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications
Manage and administer BCAR processes and documentation
Coordinate handover documentationincluding O&M manuals and certifications
Support BREEAM certificationand sustainability tracking
Attend site, client, and design meetings, providing quality updates
What We're Looking For
Experience in a Quality, QA/QC, or similar role within construction
Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and compliance
Knowledge of BCAR processes(highly desirable)
Experience with Procore or similar systems (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
