We are looking for an experienced RC Foreman to support the delivery of a major construction project based in Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to lead reinforced concrete and groundworks operations on a high-profile residential project, working closely with site management teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate RC crews, subcontractors, and daily site activities
Oversee all aspects of reinforced concrete works, including pouring, placing, finishing, and formwork installation
Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship
Carry out and enforce health & safety procedures on site
Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
Conduct pre-pour inspections and ensure readiness for concrete operations
Monitor labour, materials, and equipment usage on site
Maintain accurate daily reports and site records
Ensure projects progress safely, on time, and within programme
What We're Looking For
4–6 years’ experience in a Foreman or supervisory role within RC / concrete construction
Strong understanding of RC frames, groundworks, and concrete operations
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical information
Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams
Strong focus on health & safety and quality standards
Good communication and leadership skills
Experience working on construction projects in Ireland
