We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a construction project based in Westport.
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of site operations, managing teams and subcontractors while delivering a high-quality project safely, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Monitor site progress, quality, and programme schedules
Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep the project on track
Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications
What We're Looking For
5+ years’ experiencein a Site Manager role or similar
Strong background in construction site management
Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site
Excellent organisation and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in Ireland
Experience delivering construction projects in Ireland
